Equipment introductions:
This series of packaging machines can complete the measuring, filling and other work. Due to its unique design, it is more applicable for packaging powdery and granular materials that are easy to flow or have poor fluidity, such as flour, cocoa powder, solid drinks, white sugar, cotton sugar, monosodium glutamate, solid beverages, veterinary drugs, glucose, solid medicine, powder additives, toner, powder, pesticides, dyes, flavors and spices.
Equipment features:
1.Whole stainless steel structure, combinational or open transparent hopper is easily to disassemble and be washed without toodosls.
2.Servo motor and servo drive control the screw.
3.PLC control the system, touch screen and human-machine interface display the content, easy to operate.
4.Designed as weighing feedback proportion tracking type , which overcomes the disadvantages of changing the weight of the Packaging due to the change in the proportion of the material.
5.Various product adjusted parameter formulas can be stored, for late use, it can be saved maximum 10 recipes.
6.Accessories can be replaced, adapting to various materials such as ultra-fine powders and tiny granule.
