COUNT MACHINE
Count machine consists of image optical parts, vibration feed parts, weighing parts and electrical control parts. This machine adopts touch screen so parameters setting and controlling are very easy.
1. Image optical parts consists of source of parallel light, image sensor and control IC with high-speed high degree and accuracy. It is higher image resolution options, higher speed and accuracy.
2. Vibration feed parts adopts auger roundish tray feed and import vibration sensor for self feedback controlling feed speed to guarantee balancing speed and material image underlap.
3. Weighing parts is used for weighing value of material finished counted. And then count the thousand kerner weight of the material and this value can be transported to other equipments communications part.
