VFS5000F FORMING FILLING PACKAGING MACHINE
VFS5000F is a new product developed by our company,it integrates bag making ,filling, sealing,printing and counting into one.It's PLC control components all adopt international famous brand products,thus,it is reliable.The packaged material can be ultrafine powder,powdery material.flaky material,noodle,jam etc. Many types of bags are available,such as pillow bag,folded bag,self-standing bag,which can be punched with handheld hole and tear notch,anti-fake mark etc.and has the following new features:
1.Transverse sealing mechanism adopts servomotor drive with fast speed,adjustable sealing pressure,stable seal and low noise;
2.The film pulling mechanism adopts servomotor drive with stable,reliable and accurate pulling and long service life;
3.The film release mechanism adopts film release with the aid of outer wheel,the film release is not affected by the outer diameter of the packaging material,thus is stable and reliable.
